Professional info
After a long career in higher education, "TIA" Burrows established ART by TIA in 2018. She has taken watercolor classes from several Virginia-based artists and has exhibited her work in several local shows. Her greeting cards are available in various shops as well as this website and her work is on display from Connecticut to Minnesota.
